Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3300 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 3300 is a dual task level, you have to collect 2 ingredients and clear the jelly and it is quite a hard level due to only having 16 moves to clear a lot of jelly and blockers.
You need to get a good start so no moves are wasted, before you make a move look to see if you can begin clearing chocolate with your first move. If you can't make a decent move then back out and start again until your first move clears some chocolate.
The candy canes prevent you from being able to make matches with the candies in the two side columns so you really need those combos to clear the sides of the board.

Forget about the ingredients for now, first concentrate on making wrapped candies to grow the popcorns and get colourbombs as this is the only way you will have any chance of passing.
Once you get colourbombs try to switch them with another special candy, or another colourbomb. This will get the ingredients down to the exits as well as clearing blockers and jelly.
There is no jelly under the blockers on the left side or the middle, all the jelly is on the right side of the board.
The ingredients will drop down the left side to the exits at the bottom, just check that the first ingredient drops out of the exit so that the second one can drop onto the board, you only get one ingredient at a time.
Slow down and study the board carefully before every move, you can't afford to waste any moves.
