You have 20 moves to collect 20 wrapped candies, 20 striped candies and 5 colourbombs.
This sounds harder than it actually is. You will get 12 of the wraps from the UFO's when they are detonated, so you only need to make 8 more. 
Look for colourbombs from the start as these are the hardest to make,
Stripes are pretty easy, but there is no need to make them all singly. Switch a colourbomb with a stripe for the stripes and switch a colourbomb with a wrap to get the wraps.
 The colourbombs are the hardest to make so concentrate on making those and just take the others if you can't make a colourbombs.

The first priority is to clear the bombs before they count down, forget everything else and work on clearing them.
Don't be tempted to move the stripe from the middle of the conveyors as it will give you one hit on both the popcorns and they need to be cleared as there is jelly under them.
The best way to clear the bombs is with a wrapped candy, drop it down close and it will remove most of them.
Once the bombs are cleared you can work on making stripes and stripe/wrap combos to clear the popcorns.
You will get more bombs dropping from the dispensers in the middle but these are fairly easy to clear so shouldn't be a problem. Try to make colourbombs and switch them with stripes as this will give you the best chance of hitting the popcorns . When the popcorns grow into a colourbomb it will be eaten by chocolate but don't worry about it, just keep hitting those two squares with anything you can get.
You only have 25 moves so you will need a fair amount of luck as well as careful playing, but it is possible without boosters.

You have 20 moves to clear all the jelly and complete level 2251.
Colourbombs are the answer. First use vertical stripes to grow the popcorns and as you get the colourbombs use them to grow the frog. The frog can then be used to clear jelly, especially in the bottom corners.
Don't save the frog, you can grow him again with another colourbomb and using the frog doesn't use a move.
You can also use the frog to grow the popcorns.
Keep an eye on the moves you have left as it's very easy to run out when you're concentrating on growing the popcorns.
